How to subscribe?

Click on the menu “Subscribe” that is located on top (header) and follow the three simple steps:

 

What is the price for the subscription plan? 

Note: The price in US Dollar applied when you do the payment using PayPal. The price in Rupiah applied when you do the payment using Bank Transfer.

 

What if I forget my Password or Username?
Click on the menu “Member Login” that is located on top (header) and click on “Forget Password”, or you can send an email to [email protected] with subject “Forget Password and/or Username” using the same email on your registration.

How do I check my subscription period?
Click on the menu “Your Account” to see information about your subscription period.

How do I extend my subscription?
Log in to your account, then click on the menu “Your Account”. In that menu you can find subscription plans that you can choose. You don’t have to fill out the information on the registration form again. Before your subscription ended, we will send you a reminder/notification.


What if I don’t renew my subscription on time?

We tolerate three days of lateness after the end of your subscription period. After the period of tolerance, you cannot access any music content that we offer anymore. Your account will be deleted if in 365 days after the period of tolerance there is no subscription extension.


Is there any refund if I want to stop my subscription?

You cannot cancel your subscription and we will not refund any subscription payment that has been paid.


Can I put advertisement in Vox de Cultura website?

Yes, please ask us any question you want to know about making advertisement by sending an email to [email protected] with subject “Ads placement”.


What if I cannot access Vox de Cultura website?

If there is any technical problem causing the website not accessible because error on our side, we will announce all member through email and social network media. All lost will be compensated by extension of subscription period equal to the time of the particular technical problem.

But we are not responsible for any problems that are not our fault, such as natural disaster and other things that create problems for the server and/or internet connection.

If you have problems getting through to us by the main email, please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. All received email on business day will be replied in 24 hours period. While all received email on weekend will be replied on the nearest working days.

You can also contact us through phone calls (+6221 7201734) and fax (+6221 7204654) on business days and hours (Monday to Friday, 09.00 a.m. – 17.00 p.m. Western Indonesia Time)
